1. Return Eligibility
• Items can be returned if:

• Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.
2. Return Request Period
• You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• After 7 days, the item will no longer be eligible for return unless covered by a specific product warranty.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless defective or incorrect:

4. How to Request a Return
1. Go to My Orders in your Yartic account.
2. Select the item you want to return and click Request Return.
3. Choose the reason for return and upload supporting photos if necessary.
4. Submit the request and wait for Yartic’s review.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for return shipping or pickup.
5. Return Shipping
• If the return is due to seller fault (wrong, damaged, or defective item), the seller will cover the return shipping cost.
• If the return is due to customer change of mind (if accepted), the buyer may bear the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Process
• Refunds are initiated after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Refunds can be processed back to:
• Your original payment method (credit/debit card, wallet, etc.)
• Or as Yartic Wallet Credit (for faster future purchases)
Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days after approval.
7. Order Cancellation
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
• Once shipped, you must follow the return process to receive a refund.
8. Dispute Resolution
If there is any disagreement regarding the return or refund:
• Buyers and sellers are encouraged to resolve the matter through Yartic’s messaging system first.
• If no solution is reached, Yartic Support will intervene and make the final decision based on our Return Policy and evidence provided.
9. Important Notes
• Always keep proof of return shipping (receipt, tracking number).
• Items returned without approval may not qualify for a refund.
• Abuse of the return system (e.g., excessive returns, false claims) may lead to account suspension.
